Your Citizens Bank Debit Card
Citizens Bank is pleased to announce exciting new changes to your debit card. In February, you will receive a NEW Citizens
Bank Visa Debit Card in the mail. This new card will replace your existing debit card on March 6, 2012. Your new Citizens Bank Visa Debit Card will have the following advantages:
School Spirit Debit Cards – We are pleased to introduce the School Spirit Debit Card Program in partnership with our local schools. The School Spirit Debit Card can be used at ATM's or for purchases, just like a regular debit card, but Citizens Bank
will make a donation to the school each time you swipe, press credit, and sign. There is NO cost to you or the school! Make your selection below to show your school spirit!
Pick a Style – Choose your card design from the choices below. Simply call or stop by before January 11, 2012 to select the card of your choice. If we do not have your selection by this date, you will automatically receive the newly designed Citizens
Bank Custom Card.
Select your own PIN – For your convenience, once you receive your new card, you may change your PIN at any time using a toll-free number.
Joint Accounts – Joint owners will no longer share the same card number and PIN. Everyone will have their own individual card and PIN.
